British Computer Society's fully-owned subsidiary, Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB) has been authorised by the OGC (owner of the ITIL® Trademark) to provide accreditation for the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. QAI is an ISEB accredited training provider, certified to provide ITIL® courses at all three levels. |
