A Six Sigma Black Belt
is a member of the organization who is a 100% Six Sigma Resource,
responsible for conducting Six Sigma Projects, and delivering
on the big Y's.
To achieve this certification from QAI, a participant must:
- Attend the complete
Six Sigma Black Belt Training conducted by QAI.
- Pass the Black Belt
Examination of QAI.
- Complete at least 2
successful Black Belt Projects which show business impact
as desired by the company.
- Mentor at least 2 Green
Belt Projects.
