QAI provides assurance services to measure the maturity of
an organization's processes against Software Engineering Institute's,
Capability Maturity Model for Software (CMM® or SW-CMM®),
CMM® Integrated (CMMI®) People CMM® as well as
the COPC-2000® Performance Management System.
QAI has 9 Lead Assessors for CMM® and 7 Lead Appraisers
for CMMI® who are authorized by the Software Engineering
Institute to conduct the appraisals. This is the largest group
of Lead Appraisers in a single organization, outside the USA.
QAI has the world's only COPC Lead Auditor who is also a Six
Sigma Master Black Belt . QAI also has 2 Associate Auditors
for COPCSM in India. This assurance team is supported by a
vast pool of experienced consultants, who have extensive experience
in their domain and have also consulted various organizations
in their process improvement initiatives.
