COPC Registered Coordinator

 
As the implementation partner of Customer Operations Performance Center Inc. (COPC) in India, QAI provides Training and Certification for the COPC Registered Coordinator.

The Registered Coordinator Certification is an essential part of the COPC-2000® CSP Standard (COPC Standard) certification process for any entity. Each location seeking certification needs at least one COPC Certified Registered Coordinator. To become registered, a professional must:

  • Attend the 5-day COPC Registered Coordinator Training.
    The COPC Registered Coordinator Training workshop is designed to teach the skills necessary to effectively implement the COPC Standard in your organization, maximize operational performance, improve vendor selection and management capabilities, and achieve higher levels of client and end user satisfaction.
     
    The training program provides the necessary tools to enable participants to demonstrate competency with the content of the COPC Standard, be more knowledgeable of approaches for operating a high performance customer contact center or fulfillment operation, and learn common operational pitfalls to avoid.
     
  • Obtain 90% in the final written examination.
