“Agile” development processes adoption is on full swing now-a-days for surviving in the competitive market of low cost, high quality era. Now, if programmers change how they create the software, testing needs to change as well. But keeping in mind the existence of traditional projects, this paper attempts to churn out the best possible practices out of tailored testing process for agile projects and implementing the agile rules as best as possible in a testers perspective. The target audience for using this approach would be Test Strategist; Managers; Leads and anybody interested in contemporary software testing developments
