His rich inventory of experience in the domain of IT Service Management includes Managing IT Services over large IT Infrastructure; end-to-end ITIL® implementation in large organisations across various industries and conducting ITIL® trainings at various levels.
He has successfully managed creating service delivery Infrastructure from scratch, its rollout and managed the entire IT infrastructure. An Engineering Graduate from DCE Delhi; an MBA from DMS IIT Delhi; he is also Certified at ITIL® foundation and Service Managers level and accredited by ISEB to conduct ITIL® trainings across all levels.
