In the field of IT Infrastructure Management, the service is experienced by the customer simultaneous to its delivery. Hence there is no means to monitor and correct the quality of service delivery to the customer before it reaches the customer. Also organisations have always faced challenges of balancing between increasing labor cost, increasing service delivery operations complexities, increasing customer expectation, increasing technical and process complexities, increasing competition and reduction in the cost of service without any compromise on customer as well as employee satisfaction. Automation tools should be brought in place with an aim of proactive process management, which is enabled by automating tasks with potential failures, validations of delivery, alerts for control points and aids for tedious tasks

Som Nath Singh, Sr. Manager Quality in the Continues Improvements and Six Sigma Implementation in the Infrastructure Management Services has 9 years experience in various functions of IT and Manufacturing. He also has experience in implementation of ITIL®, ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 in various businesses.
He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead auditor of ISO 14001, Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 and has served as Management Representative for ISO14001.

Anshuman Das, Associate Manager Quality in the Continues Improvements and Six Sigma Implementation in the Infrastructure Management Services has an experience of over 9 years in various functions of IT and BPO Industry. He has played the role of Management Representative for ISO20000 for various business units of Microland in the last 3 years.He is a lead implementer of ISO27000, Lead auditor for ISO20000 and a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Nagaraja Kini, Associate Manager Quality in the Continues Improvements and Six Sigma Implementation in the Infrastructure Management Services and has an experience of 7 years in quality in various functions of IT, Software and Manufacturing Industry. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead auditor of ISO 14001, ISO 9001:2000 and has served as Management Representative for ISO14001 and ISO 9001.

Ritu Saxena, Process Leader in the Continuous Improvements and Six Sigma Implementation group in the Infrastructure Management Services has worked in quality for last 4 years in various functions of IT and BPO Industry., She has played the role of Management Representative for IT security audits for various business units of Microland in the last 3 years and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
