Policies |
- For conference or tutorial
registration, payment MUST accompany the registration form.
- Confirmation of registrations
will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment.
- For multiple nominations,
take photocopy of the Registration Form.
- The registration is transferable
(to a colleague) but not refundable after February 06, 2003
- On-site registration will
be on first-come-first-served basis, and will be accepted ONLY
if seats are available.
- All confirmed but unpaid
registrations need to pay at the Conference venue.
- For all delegates, badges
and delegate kits will be given at the venue.
- Only one discount applicable
at one time.

| Cancellation
Policy |
- Cancellations received
on or before February 6, 2004 will be entitled to 35% refund.
All cancellations after this date are liable to lose the entire
fee.
