The tutorial will discuss fundamentals of Exploratory Testing, existing formalized methods, improvements to existing methods (steps, checklists, bug cycle management, metrices), applying the orthogonal arrays, state-transition diagrams, decision tables etc. It will also discuss the team management issues and using these in corporate world to increase productivity.

The tutorial is aimed at test engineers, quality analysts, test leaders, test managers and also for testers who are new to the exploratory testing. The tutorial brings awareness on this topic and helps them use the approaches mentioned in their testing job. The experienced testers and test managers can implement the new approaches that have been laid down and evaluate the same in their ongoing projects.
