    Application Quality Life-cycle:A Critical Imperative

Amidst an environment of increasing application complexity, compliance issues and the impact of strategic sourcing, the need to understand and implement an overall application quality life cycle is now more important than ever. Recognizing this need, forward thinking IT professionals have elevated Application Delivery to a strategic status. This approach ensures application quality and performance, and establishes metrics to measure business value from applications.
What are the best practices and key learnings that demonstrate this evolution in application quality life-cycle? How do we as IT professionals plan, develop and implement an application quality life-cycle approach that will provide clear and measurable IT and business metrics? What will be the key drivers to necessitate this approach in 2005 and beyond?
