At QAI, we value learning and are committed to building
an organization that facilitates learning and knowledge
sharing. Structured induction programs, nominations to training
workshops, on the job trainings on special projects, mentoring
& entrusting our employees with big responsibilities
early in their careers are the avenues through which we
encourage learning and personal growth.
Every
new joinee at QAI goes through a minimum of 4 days of induction
orientation to help settle in and get up to speed. Training
at QAI is continuous and is tailored to meet the needs of
the individual at various stages of his growth in the organization.

specific training and process familiarization.
