a part of KINGDEE International Software Group, which
is a leading developer of software products in China,
has been assessed at CMM® Level 3.
Ashok
Sontakke, Lead Assessor, QAI conducted the
assessment on December 19th, 2002. The assessment
will initiate the quest for quality in the software industry
within and around the country.

The Group is a leading developer of software
products in China. The Group is principally engaged in the
development and sale of enterprise application software,
including accounting software and ERP software, and the
provision of software-related after-sales services in China.
To supplement its software business, the Group is also engaged
in the sale of hardware. Having established a broad client
base and a well-recognized brand name in the enterprise
application software market in China, the Group has commenced
the production and sale of ASP platform products targeted at
accounting firms in the provision of their professional
services to enterprises, ASP business providers and
large-sized enterprises in China for their internal use, which
enable such customers to provide online enterprise application
software systems to their clients or remote
subsidiaries/branches, as the case may be.
