has been assessed at CMM® Level 5. Satish
Tumu, Lead Assessor, QAI conducted the assessment on
March 14th, 2003. This is the first division in
Accenture to reach this milestone. The
division demonstrated a record 40 % improvement in productivity,
and significant reduction in defect trends through some significant
TCM/PCM projects and Defect prevention techniques in a record
1-year time.
