Umesh Vyas,
consulting partner, QAI has been certified as an associate
auditor on the COPCSM-2000 Standard by COPCSM Inc. Mr Vyas is the only
Indian to have achieved this certification.
Mr
Vyas has participated in several COPCSM implementations such as Daksh,
Spectramind, Talisma, TransWorks, HCL Infinet and Dell. Some
international COPCSM initiatives in which he has participated are
Sykes International, Manila and Sykes International, Amsterdam.
