First Vietnamese Assessment The Vietnam Software Development center of Paragon Solutions has been assessed at CMM® Level 2. This is the first CMM® assessment to happen in Vietnam. Mukul Madan, Lead Assessor and Consulting Partner, QAI Limited conducted the assessment on February 2nd, 2002. This assessment will initiate the quest for quality in the software industry within and around the country. Paragon Solutions  Paragon Solutions Vietnam (PSV) was founded in 1995 under license by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee with 100% foreign-capital invested. The parent company is Paragon Solutions, Inc., located in Atlanta, GA, USA.  PSV has had experience in the IT and software development industry in Vietnam since 1995, with the vision of providing organizations with the solutions they need to manage their business via software application development technology.  It has developed various large-scale client/server systems under Multi-tier Architecture and the Microsoft Component-based Approach for worldwide and local customers including Banking and Finance, Telecommunication, Insurance and Pension Systems, Sales (Customer Relations Management), Education and Training Healthcare and Manufacturing (Inventory management).
