People CMM® Launch

The global launch of People Capability Maturity Model® 2.0(People CMM®) was announced in Bangalore at a workshop cum-conference organized by Quality Assurance Institute India (QAI). The first training course and the presentation of the model was delivered at a work-shop conducted by the principal architect of PCMM® model, Dr. Bill Curtis. Speaking on the occasion Dr. Bill Curtis said, “People CMM® model is a conceptual model based on work-force practices to help organizations , develop the workforce to execute business strategy and characterize the maturity of workforce capability.”
