Overview
“Learning
organization” is the word coined by Peter Senge of MIT in his classic
book “ The Fifth Discipline” as a key management concept. In simple
terms, a ideal learning organization is one that is capable of exploring
efficiently and effectively the required information and knowledge
generated by people, processes, systems and others within and outside
its environment, leveraging them for enhancing their clients delight.
This course is aimed at putting together these concepts, the required
tools and technology, necessary IT environments, related organizational
societal context and their bearing on establishing the culture of
“The learning organization” –
really a
Knowledge Managing company.

course will provide the KM overview, its relevance in the business
context and implementation approach of KM system in an enterprise.
This will encompass various approaches, the processes and other
aspects related to KM implementation in the enterprise.
