Overview
With the emergence of
a ‘flat world’ and the Project Management space increasingly
extending to a global economy a focus is on cultural competency,
“managing lean” and optimizing resources. This also means
that the demands on leaders, managers and team members alike
– increases.
Add to this, change –
as the ‘new constant’ – and we recognize the need today for
accepting and managing change in the workplace, and learning
how to harness the positive forces of pressure. Projects today
need to fortify their environments with Peoples Skills resources
to move away from Chaos and embed COHERENCE.
Education is part of the
process, but behavioral and attitudinal change is what really
makes the a difference. This workshop brings you powerful
tools to address your customers needs specially when in the
real time the customer is often unsure of his ‘actual needs
and the ‘specs’ keep changing like the spinning wheel at a
roulette table.

instinctive "fight or flight" response to conflict
is just not appropriate, nor sufficiently sophisticated
for today's hi-tech problems and complex relationships.

can be a positive as well as a negative force
- Application of toolkit
of techniques for moving from Chaos to Coherence in fast
paced Project scenarios
- How to discover premonitory
indicators of Change in Projects
- Understanding and
managing and stress and causes of Stress. How can we differentiate
between Pressure and Stress arise from Change in our projects.

techniques for moving from Chaos to Coherence to avoid and
reduce the impact of of Stress in Projects

high workloads in changing project environments that cause
stressful environments

Stress prone and Stress resilient individuals, whilst de-mystifying
and de-stigmatizing different responses to pressure

of practical skills to avoid stress due to change when Projects
are implemented in offshore spaces or unfamiliar cultures
and situations of potential pressure.
