Workshop Overview

With the emergence of a ‘flat world’ and the Project Management space increasingly extending to a global economy a focus is on cultural competency, “managing lean” and optimizing resources. This also means that the demands on leaders, managers and team members alike – increases.

Add to this, change – as the ‘new constant’ – and we recognize the need today for accepting and managing change in the workplace, and learning how to harness the positive forces of pressure. Projects today need to fortify their environments with Peoples Skills resources to move away from Chaos and embed COHERENCE.

Education is part of the process, but behavioral and attitudinal change is what really makes the a difference. This workshop brings you powerful tools to address your customers needs specially when in the real time the customer is often unsure of his ‘actual needs and the ‘specs’ keep changing like the spinning wheel at a roulette table.
