| 1. What are the prerequisites for initiating the ePIC Service? |
There are no special prerequisites for initiating the online consulting service. To avail the service you need to make the payment, register online and fill the online consulting form.

| 2. What is the turn around time for the ePIC Service? |
Typically an online consulting request is serviced within 2 – 3 working days from the receipt of the request. However, in certain cases there might be a delay due to holidays, technology constraints etc. In such cases the QAI coordinator keeps the client Single Point of Contact (SPOC) updated with the changes and client’s consent is taken before initiating the work.

3. What are the responsibilities of both the parties in the ePIC Service? |

|

Schedule the session and provide details to the client

| 4. Can the ePIC service be used for any other quality model/framework apart from CMMI®? |
QAI’s ePIC service has been specifically designed for offering consulting in the SEI’s CMMI® model only. |

| 5. How do I avail the QAI ePIC service? |
To initiate the ePIC service you need to register for the service, make the payment and fill the consulting form.

| 6. I am an existing customer of QAI. Can I avail the QAI ePIC service? |
Yes, you can avail the ePIC services, however the request for the same must be routed through the QAI’s Business Development executive/ Account Manager associated with your project.

| 7. I want to do bulk purchase of online consulting time. What discounts will I get? |

| 8. How do you maintain the confidentiality of the data supplied? |
QAI will sign a standard Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the client before initiating the consulting activity. In case the client wants us to sign any additional clauses in the NDA, the same can be done based on mutual agreement.
