| What are the prerequisites of ePIC service? |
There are no special prerequisites for initiating the online consulting service. To avail the service you need to make the payment, register online and fill the online consulting form.

| Deliverables |

Each online consulting request would be given a detailed response by the LA/ Consultant. The response would be in the form of email or online sessions like chat, phone or webinar. Wherever feasible the response would be accompanied by sample artifacts like diagrams, templates, checklists, guidelines etc.

The email request may be followed by an online synchronous interaction between the requestor and the LA/ Consultant, so that related queries (if any) can be easily resolved.

One email session is equal to the requestor sending the question and the LA/ consultant sending the answer to the same (it includes maximum upto 2 rounds of mails sent to and fro to obtain clarifications or further details on the question raised). |

In case of audio conference and Webinar, the call has to be initiated by the requestor i.e. the client.

Billing for synchronous interactions/ sessions bought in bulk i.e. > 8 hours would be based on the timesheets submitted by QAI to the client and would be entitled to special discounts.
